What is Bamblue?
Bamboo is susceptible to the attack of insects and fungi. If not treated properly, bamboo products and structures will not last for many years. Grupo Seracsa has developed Bamblue a non-toxic, easy-to-use treatment that solves these issues. Bamboo poles should be treated with Bamblue soon after harvesting, ideally within the first 12 hours. It is rec- ommended to apply Bamblue using the modified Boucherie system, immersion or vertical soak diffusion system. Bamblue changes the color of the internal fibers of bamboo poles to a light blue, which makes it possible to identify that its application has reached the entire pole homogeneously.

Benefits of Bamblue
Easy to mix and apply.
Temperature does not affect the final solution.
Bamblue residues do not generate "herbicide effect" (this differs from non-toxic in the sense that the remaining liquid does not burn the medium).
It is easy to dose.
In immersion tanks it is better to keep the Bamblue concentration gauging.
